Just four days ago, on July 2, Russia killed 31 people and injured 102 in its attack on Kyiv.
Today, Russia struck Kyiv again.
At least 11 people have been killed, around 60 injured, and residential buildings across the city have been damaged. Rescue operations are still underway.
Ukraine intercepted many drones and cruise missiles overnight. But Russia’s ballistic missiles reached their targets because there are not enough interceptor missiles.
Every delay in delivering more air defence, including Patriot missiles, costs lives. The US and Europe have the means to help stop this terror.
